Company Description
What to be a miracle worker? We are searching for call center agents that specialize in empowering health care practices by offering leading edge technologies and proven best practices to transform organizations. Our call center agents work with patients who expressed interest in our services and either called or provided submission forms from campaigns. It is not a cold calling position.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote or onsite Call Center Representative role located in Pacific time zone. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for assisting prospects and clients by addressing their inquiries, booking and changing appointments and ensuring that callers are excited to participate in our services.
The hours are typically 8 am to 6 pm 4 days a week but will have some flexibility. Responsibilities will include managing inbound and outbound calls, accurately logging interactions, and ensuring a helpful and professional experience. Collaboration with team members and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company services will also be part of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
- Experience in customer support and customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in computer literacy and related software tools
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in a call center or healthcare industry is advantageous
